Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused.
- Be in its original condition.
- Be free from damage.
- Include all original parts and accessories.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Products showing signs of use, installation, modification, damage, or wear are not eligible for return.

2. Return Authorization

Before returning any item, you must contact Arcwood Living LLC to obtain return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. Return authorization does not guarantee approval of a refund. All returned products are inspected upon arrival.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are solely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, selecting the carrier, properly packaging the item, and obtaining shipping insurance if desired. Arcwood Living LLC does not provide prepaid return labels unless required by law. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

4. Restocking Fee

For approved returns that are not the result of shipping damage, an incorrect shipment, or a verified manufacturing defect, Arcwood Living LLC reserves the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee from the refund amount. This fee covers inspection, handling, repackaging, inventory processing, and administrative costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law:
- Used products
- Installed products
- Modified products
- Customer-damaged products
- Products damaged through improper installation
- Products missing components
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Custom-made products
- Made-to-order products
- Personalized products

Custom-made, made-to-order, and personalized products cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, except if they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Natural Wood Characteristics

Our products are made from natural wood. Variations in grain, bark, texture, knots, color, shape, diameter, weight, checking, cracking, and natural movement are expected characteristics and are not considered defects. Returns will not be accepted solely because the appearance differs from website photographs.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

8. Refund Amount

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Any applicable 10% restocking fee and carrier charges resulting from refused deliveries or incorrect shipping information may be deducted where permitted by law.

9. Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for all shipping, return shipping, and carrier fees.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order. Eligible items may be returned under this policy.

11. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested using available documentation, including shipping records and delivery confirmations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcwood Living LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from returned products, delayed refunds, or refused returns. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order.
